To schedule daily wallpaper changes on your device, here are the steps based on different operating systems:
For Windows 10/11
Using the Built-in Slideshow Feature:

Right-click on Desktop → Choose Personalize.

Click Background from the left sidebar.

Under Background, select Slideshow.

Click Browse to choose a folder with your wallpapers.

Set Change picture every to 1 day.

Choose options for Shuffle, Fit, etc.
For macOS (Ventura, Monterey, Big Sur, etc.)

Go to System Settings > Wallpaper.

Click the + to add a folder with images.

Enable Change picture and set the interval to Every day.

Select Random order if desired.
For Android
Using Google Photos/Wallpapers app:

Tap and hold on your home screen → choose Wallpaper & style.

Select Change wallpaper → Pick Daily Wallpaper from categories.

Choose a category and turn on Daily wallpaper option.
For iPhone (iOS 16 and newer)
Use Focus Modes or Shortcuts Automation:

Open Shortcuts → go to Automation tab.

Tap + → Create Personal Automation.

Choose Time of Day → set to daily.

Add Set Wallpaper action (via Find Photos + Set Wallpaper using scripting).
