Export LinkedIn connections to CSV

To export your LinkedIn connections to a CSV file, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to LinkedIn
Go to linkedin.com and log into your account.

  2. Go to Data Privacy Settings

    • Click on your profile icon at the top right.

    • Select Settings & Privacy from the dropdown.

    • In the left sidebar, click Data privacy.

    • Under How LinkedIn uses your data, select Get a copy of your data.

  3. Request Your Connections Data

    • On the data export page, choose Connections.

    • Click Request archive.

  4. Verify Your Identity

    • You may be asked to enter your password again for verification.

  5. Download the CSV File

    • LinkedIn will send you an email (and a LinkedIn notification) when your data is ready.

    • Click the link in the email or notification.

    • Download the ZIP file, then extract it.

    • Inside, you’ll find a connections.csv file with your LinkedIn contacts’ names, emails (if visible), job titles, and companies.

Note: Due to LinkedIn’s privacy settings, not all connections’ emails or details may be available in the CSV. Only the information they’ve made available to their connections will be shown.
