💪 Example Daily Workout Plan (Intermediate, 30 minutes)

Warm-Up (5 minutes)

  • Jumping jacks – 1 min

Strength Training (12 minutes)
Perform 3 rounds of the following:

  • Plank shoulder taps – 20 reps

Cardio Blast (5 minutes)

Core Focus (5 minutes)

  • Bicycle crunches – 30 sec
