(It could be a warm cup of coffee or a quiet moment of peace.)

  2. Who is someone in your life that you’re grateful for, and why?
(Think of a person who’s made a positive impact, even in a small way.)

  3. What is a recent challenge that you’ve overcome, and how did it help you grow?

  4. What’s one part of your day that you often take for granted but are thankful for today?
(Maybe it’s a safe home, a reliable vehicle, or a warm meal.)

  5. What’s one thing you love about yourself right now?

  6. What is a skill or talent you have that you’re grateful to possess?

  7. What is a recent act of kindness you’ve experienced, and how did it make you feel?

  8. When was the last time you felt truly at peace, and what made it possible?

  9. Think about something in nature you appreciate. What brings you joy when you see it?

  10. What’s one lesson from the past that you are thankful for today?

  11. What is one goal or dream you’re currently working towards, and why are you thankful for the opportunity to pursue it?
