-
Open PowerPoint and Access the Outline View:

Go to the View tab.

Select Outline View (found in the Presentation Views section).
-
This will show only the text content from your slides, in a hierarchical format.
-
-
Copy the Outline:
-
In the Outline view, select all the text (Ctrl+A) and then copy it (Ctrl+C).
-
-
Paste as Text:
-
Open a text editor (e.g., Word, Notepad).
-
Paste the copied content (Ctrl+V).
-
You’ll see the slide titles and bullet points presented as plain text, in an outline structure.
-
-
Format for Readability:
-
If needed, you can manually adjust indentation, numbering, or bullet points to make the outline clearer.
-
If you’d like, you can share the PowerPoint file, and I can help you convert it into an outline as well!
