GOAL RESET & REFLECTION SCRIPT
1. Set the Space (2-3 minutes)
Read aloud or reflect silently:
“Before we begin, take a moment to breathe and center yourself. Today’s session is about learning from the past, appreciating progress, and making intentional plans for the future. Be honest, be kind to yourself, and stay open to growth.”
2. Reflect on the Past Period (10-15 minutes)
Prompt: Look back on the last quarter/month/week (choose relevant time frame). Answer the following:
