Archive notes from Google Keep

To archive notes from Google Keep, follow these steps depending on your platform:

On Web (keep.google.com):

1. Open Google Keep.

2. Hover over the note you want to archive.

3. Click the Archive icon (box with a downward arrow) at the bottom of the note.

4. The note will be moved to the Archive section.

On Mobile App (Android/iOS):

1. Open the Google Keep app.

2. Tap and hold the note you want to archive (you can select multiple notes).

3. Tap the Archive icon at the top of the screen.

4. Notes will be moved to the Archive section.

To View Archived Notes:

• On Web: Click the menu (three horizontal lines) on the top left, then select Archive.

• On App: Tap the menu icon and choose Archive.

Archived notes are still searchable and retrievable anytime — they’re simply removed from the main view.
