Track and summarize Zoom meeting durations

To track and summarize Zoom meeting durations, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Your Zoom Account

  • Visit the Zoom website or open the Zoom app and log in with your credentials.

2. Access Reports

  • Once logged in, go to the Admin section (if you have administrative access) or navigate to My Account for personal meetings.

  • Under the Account Management menu, select Reports.

3. Choose Usage Report

  • In the Reports section, you’ll see various types of reports. Click on Usage to view details of your meetings.

4. Select Date Range

  • You’ll be prompted to specify a date range for the meetings you want to track. Enter the desired start and end dates, then click Search.

5. View Meeting Data

  • The report will display a list of meetings within the selected range, including:

    • Meeting ID

    • Host Name

    • Start Time

    • End Time

    • Duration

    • Participants Count

6. Export Data (Optional)

  • If you need a detailed summary, you can export the report to a CSV or Excel file by clicking the Export button at the top of the report.

7. Summarize Meeting Durations

  • In your report, review the Duration column to see how long each meeting lasted.

  • You can calculate total meeting time by summing the individual meeting durations or filtering the report by specific meetings, hosts, or time frames.

By following these steps, you can track and generate summaries of your Zoom meeting durations easily.
