1. Number of certificates needed

2. Names of recipients

3. Course or program name

4. Issuing organization or instructor

5. Completion date

6. Any specific design elements (logo, border style, signature placeholder, etc.)

7. Preferred file format (PDF, PNG, etc.) — if you want downloadable versions
