Convert PowerPoint slides into outline text

To convert PowerPoint slides into an outline text, here’s what you can do:

1. Open PowerPoint and Access the Outline View:

   • Go to the View tab.

   • Select Outline View (found in the Presentation Views section).

   • This will show only the text content from your slides, in a hierarchical format.

2. Copy the Outline:

   • In the Outline view, select all the text (Ctrl+A) and then copy it (Ctrl+C).

3. Paste as Text:

   • Open a text editor (e.g., Word, Notepad).

   • Paste the copied content (Ctrl+V).

   • You’ll see the slide titles and bullet points presented as plain text, in an outline structure.

4. Format for Readability:

   • If needed, you can manually adjust indentation, numbering, or bullet points to make the outline clearer.
