  1. Visit Google Contacts.

  2. Select contacts by checking the boxes beside their names.

  3. Click the “Label” icon (looks like a tag).

  4. Click “Create label” or choose an existing one.

  5. Name your label (e.g., “Team A”).

  6. When composing an email in Gmail, type the label name in the “To” field.

2. Outlook (Web or Desktop)

Outlook Web:

  1. Go to the People tab.

  2. Click “New Contact List”.

  3. Add a name and emails.

  4. Save.

Outlook Desktop (Windows/Mac):

  1. Go to Home > Address Book > File > New Entry.

  2. Choose “New Contact Group”.

  3. Add members from contacts or type emails.

  4. Name and save the group.

3. Apple Contacts (macOS/iCloud)

Using iCloud:

4. Microsoft Excel/CSV → Email Group

To use a CSV file for bulk creation (for Gmail):

  1. Format your Excel sheet with headers: First Name, Last Name, Email Address.

  2. Save as .csv.

  3. Go to Google Contacts > Import > Upload the CSV.

  4. After import, select the new contacts and label them as a group.

5. Mailchimp (for bulk email campaigns)

  1. Log in and go to Audience > All contacts.

  2. Click “Add Contacts > Import Contacts”.

  3. Upload a CSV or manually add.

  4. Use Tags or Groups to segment your audience.

  5. Create campaigns for those groups.

6. Yahoo Mail

  1. Go to Contacts.

  2. Click “Lists” > New List.

  3. Name it and add contacts manually or from existing ones.

  4. Save. Use the list name when sending emails.

Tips:

  • Always keep contact groups updated.

  • Use naming conventions like “Marketing_Team_2025”.

  • For professional campaigns, consider platforms like Mailchimp or Sendinblue for advanced grouping and analytics.
